Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. Our own servers do not retain a separate search copy. When you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer that contact.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visit time, and pages requested. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic traffic analysis and advertising measurement where those features are active.
How We Use Information
These limited records help operate the site, diagnose errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to city, Davis County, Utah, court, library, and third-party search services. Information entered after following a link is controlled by that destination's privacy terms. The same is true when a third party powers sponsored search results embedded here.
Who May Process Information
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic information described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Technical logs are kept only as long as their operational purpose requires. Because the site has no user accounts, it stores no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law and the business involved, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives covered consumers rights that can include access, deletion of data they supplied, portability, and opt-out choices for targeted advertising or sale. Its scope and exceptions apply. Because we retain little, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and available logs. Use the Contact page. Records held by North Salt Lake, Davis County, Utah agencies, or courts remain under the custodian's control and are not erased by a request to us.
Policy Revisions
A revised policy will be posted here. Continued use after publication indicates acceptance of the new version.
